Steve

Please put me down as a 'possible' for tomorrow. I am not going to Eden Camp.

Hope to see you there at some stage.

Cheers

Pete

Not your fault Steve, I just lost the will to stay any longer.
That parking firm are terrible and as much use as a chocolate teapot !!!
I have sent Duxford an email too. You should've come back for a cuppa

I hope the people that did get in enjoyed it..

I can confirm that the whole affair was far from organised !

The problems continued after the loss of enthusiasm waiting to get through the turn-styles, nobody seemed to have the slightest idea of where our designated spot was the marshalls new no more than we did - The whole show seemed to be a total mix up with marques mixed up making the whole show really poorly presented. They hadn't a clue how to any part of the show. A real shame but this is the very last time I attend this, we got in at about 11:30 which allowed us only 4.5 hours to be back out again !

All said and done, previous shows were pretty good, making this final one for me the last straw, but Steve Thanks for getting the club in the show !

ROG.

Default Team Duxford

Yes the organisation was a bit of a nightmare, but attached is a photo of (most of) those cars that made it through!

Sadly we were given the coldest windiest area ... just look at that flag bending in the wind.... and massive respect to newguyPete who wore shorts all the time!

Good to see PhilT4 there, and all the other frostbitten gang.

Cheers everyone

John

Having walked the length of the runway it was just as windy and cold the whole way, not just in our corner, but then it is only/was only April!

We enjoyed the day despite the queue to get in and wish to thank the organiser for obtaining the space.
