Hope you get better soon, Phil. Take some time to rest, after all, your health is more important than anything else.
By the way, it was great to meet you last week.

Not a great place for anybody at all.

Stay calm Phil, keep the drugs going in and let me know if you need assistance.

I will try to update this post when more info becomes available.
Hi Folks, just to update as I said I would.
I have been over to Phil's today and between us did a clutch on a local member's car, attentions were placed on Phil's welfare as well as the job in hand. We have done plenty of work together in the past and was superb to be able to do some stuff today. With knowledge of capabilities and no-go areas, we did the job as good as always despite both of our restrictions, only banged my head on the crane boom twice today (On my blind side) ! Great working with this Dude and looking forward to more in the future !
Phil's progress has been great over the last few weeks, looking a lot better and feeling capable of tasks again ! Well done Phil !

Thanks for all the kind words

Yes things are definitely getting better for me, Monday's clutch change went very well, the only issue i have is getting up too quickly and going dizzy but this is because of the medication keeping my heart rate and BP low but as long as i remember that everything appears to be ok

Still lots of hospital and doctor appointments to do, my lung function tests were rather poor and a couldn't pass the spirometry tests until they dosed me with ventolin and then i manged to scrap through!

As long as pace myself it will now be business as usual

Just take it easy buddy take your time and take the easy jobs first and choose to leave the awkward ones life's too short and only one chance not a rehearsal and money isn't everything yes it helps but health and wellbeing is far more precious good luck for the future and hope you can get back on an even keel
