Is that the jack-up turbine installer which is often moored up at Tees Dock on my side of the river?

There was a very similar boat loading up a the Siemens factory at the Alexander dock hull last week could it be this one

Think it is Rod, there's a few large vessels being brought in over the next few weeks

It has a drilling derrick, hence I doubt it is for turbine installation unless the rig day rates have dropped so much they will work at anything to keep the rig turning over. The length of legs would indicate that it is or was working in the Northern North Sea rather than the Southern sector.

I hope the parking fees are reasonable, as you will very soon have the Brent Delta topsides in there too, been working on it these last few years. Piggy backed on the Pioneering Spirit. Fantastic engineering project.
