Following on from above location, the magnificent Bassenthwaite Lake shines in all her Autumn glory as we head down a carpet of golden leaves on the narrow pathway leading down to the Lake.
Owing to large amounts of rainfall the water level is much higher in these views compared to views from the same location in p769 page 77 from 8th November, with some trees standing in water where normally the shore line is. 17th November 2023.

Last ones from this batch, Bassenthwaite Lake through the trees showing the tranquility of the water level, with the trees standing in water where normally the shoreline is.17th November. 2023
