![]() Hello everyone,
I'm hoping that someone may be able to recommend a suitable solution to upgrade my 75's stereo. I'm in the process of replacing the car's headlining and am looking to put a dash cam / rear-facing camera while I'm at it, so I've begun to wonder if I can upgrade the single DIN Sony DAB radio to a double DIN unit with all the bells and whistles. Ideally, I'd like: -Front / Rear cameras -DAB -Android -Sat Nav -Emphasis on quality audio Does what I'm asking for exist? I'd be grateful for any input from someone who is up to speed with such things :-D |

![]() You'd probably end up with a Chinese unit or you must be willing to spend serious money on an A brand double DIN.
The Chinese units tend to look more OEM but do have their quirks. Audio quality of most is more than decent but I am no Audiophile so who am I to judge ![]() I have an Erisin ES8788B which behaves good, gives me decent audio quality and can handle a front and rear camera. DAB(+) is provided with a breakout box you will have to order separately. Sat nav is available and iGo is provided on the unit with recent maps. Some love it, some hate it. Which is the case with most Chinese units. Note that this unit can handle one BT device at the time.
