![]() Hi guys! I have a very simple question that hopefully somebody can answer.
I would like to install aftermarket hid lights to my dipped beam. My question is can I install the cheap hid conversion (the €30 non-canbus) with no faults? ie. flickering, bulb blown warning light on dash, not working. Or do I need the expensive ballast with the canbus built in? I have a 2004 mk2 ZT with projector headlights

![]() Remember when ordering state 35W.If you are installing these in standard reflector headlights you require the H7R burner, projector lens is just the standard H7 burner.
Spend a few more Euros and get a good quality kit, with sealed ballasts and transformers. The connection plugs are slightly better too,as water ingress creates problems. |

![]() The only difference is price between this one:
CANbus http://www.ebay.ie/itm/HID-Xenon-Kit...item4aad53330e and this one with no CANbus: http://www.ebay.ie/itm/XENON-HID-CON...item20c194de6f I am a little short on cash so im hoping i can get the cheaper one with no worries of errors ![]()
