Default Roverfest 2017

Got an email regarding somthing called Roverfest
in August in a place called Wroxall?
It sounds pretty good and in a nice part of the world
(think it's near Warwick ?- been there before last trip)
Sounds like a great event, thinking of doing the long trip over and maybe including this in it !!
Anyone been before ? What's the weather like in Warwick in August ?

It's at Wroxall abbey which I think was a girls school at one time, now a hotel I think.

As it's August its the height of summer, so likely to be cold, gloomy, wet and grey, with a bit of sun if you are lucky.

The area is handy for Warwick, Leamington Spa, Stratford upon Avon and the Cotswolds (for those with cars) etc and sees lots of visitors. Ahh, the Gaydon Motor Hertitage Centre is not far away either.

I grew up in the area but no longer liver there. However I note that there are several members in the area who may know more.
