Rover 75 Diesel Auto - to you, a tenner.
• Model - Rover 75 Connoisseur Diesel Automatic
• Colour - Red • Engine size and type - 1951 cc • Year of registration - 2003 • Mileage - 108,443 • Tax and MoT expiry dates - Tax due 1st April 2017, M.O.T. expires 30th July 2017. • No optonal extras fitted • No modifications • Date of last service - 2015ish. • Your location - Edenbridge, Kent. TN8. • Price - £10 (ten). • Overall condition, with pictures for support - poor. Dent on passenger side, scrape along bottom frame. Oil leak, reason unknown. One main headlight bulb is out, all others fine. (Minor internal disrepair; rear light bracket broken, cup holder broken, key fob and mirror adjusts not working. Ashtray needs refit, boot latch stuck open, adhesive patch on roof where I applied a driving tuition headboard. Yes! I used it for driving tuition. You’re welcome. It’s dirty also, needs a wash. After all of that, it drives fine! Cruises the motorway at 100mph plus (not that I did that) and is fine to drive away right away. Perfect for a restoration project or spares. Had this car for 8 years and am sad to let it go, but I’m not the car repair type (no NAUGHTY WORD-NAUGHTY WORD-NAUGHTY WORD-NAUGHTY WORD-, you’re thinking) and really needs a DIY type of guy or lady, I’m not. Would prefer it went to Rover enthusiast for a tenner than to a dealer for a couple of hundred. Last edited by crabbi; 11th March 2017 at 17:29.. |
