Angry Rover75 and MGzt.com

As any members had any issues with orders from Rover75 and MGzt.com.
I've spoken to a Sean, for advice before ordering and He was very helpful when it came to ordering. But I seem to waiting for delivery, he as emailed re some wait at customs. But I was under the impression that there was UK stock available to order, though the website as its been over two weeks now with still no sign of my order.

Hi Neil

the Eclipse Was actually a preorder and the Stars we were out of inventory , We have our shipment tied up in UK Customs and are awaiting arrival. Usually they fly through but from time to time we get "audited" I suppose. We have submitted all docs and are awaiting release.

they were actually all sendt on March 6th

Sorry for the delay

Hi Brent

Sean's one of the good guys, the wait will be worth it

Apropos of nothing, I've got a house in Hillside so we're practically neighbours (when I'm in England lol)

In my experience, previous dealings with Sean (Radioguy) have been nothing short of first rate customer service.
The first unit I bought, a Navall WinCe, I dithered and couldn't make my mind up, and probably did Sean's head in waiting for me to make my mind up. Unfortunately there was a problem with the unit so Sean took it back for full refund, no problem.
Eventually I thought about getting a newer model, the Navall 3. Again loads of questions asked and Sean always responded even though his workload seemed to have him working all hours. When I did make the purchase, parcel was despatched very quickly and after sales service has been great too. Any delays are usually out of Sean's direct control, as it would appear it is in your case.
Sean's a top bloke so bear with him. He does value his customers and looks after them wherever he can.

Emailed him about a refurb unit. Dithered and umm'd and ah'd and asked a load of questions and gave personal information he prbably didn't give a monkets about, but he answered quickly, politely, friendly-ly with all the info I could want and answered each question to the extent that I WANT to buy a unit from him. Still debating with myself about keeping the car long-term though as I really, REALLY miss the estate handiness of my old car. I can't get my cement mixer in the saloon!
But, Sean is a really good customer service guy, and I'm a gitt to deal with as I used to be really indecisive, but now I aren't so sure...

I am desperate to put one of the Eclpse radios in my car, really don't understand why the customs are delaying the release of them.
