Hi people, I am after some assistance regarding the above. I have a symphony radio with alpine cd changer in the glove box, the cd was not working properly so unplugged from glove box and then I re-connected to find nothing at all was working neither radio, cd or tape there is no power to the radio. All fuses checked and ok, any help most welcome. Thank you Ray I

Check to see if the ATC still powers on and that you still have working electric windows, if any of thise dont work then its the fuse that controls those that has gone as they are on the same circuit as the radio.

Re check fuse 22, it powers the Symphony and the CD changer. If the items in post 2 are not working, re check fuse 11.

Thank you for your comments double checked both fuses and both are ok, windows mirrors etc all work fine I think I have cooked both units? Does the power go from CD unit to radio and if so is there an inline fuse somewhere in the power loom?

The circuit is from fuse 22 to pin 4 of the grey ISO connector of the Symphony on a Purple/Pink cable, and then, again Purple/Pink, on pin 20 of the blue mini ISO connector from the Symphony to the CD changer.
Check for power on pin 10 (Purple/Pink) of the CD changer connector, if there is 12v there, the circuit is complete.

A big thank you for all your very helpful comments. I found that the 10 amp fuse at the rear of the Head Unit had blown all working perfectly again.
Thank you. Ray
