no glow plug light
Hi all had a bit of a time of it lately. Got side swiped by an idiot on a single track bridge ( I gave way to him and he decided to race across the bridge) so he tock my mirror off and dented most panels. Bought it back off insurance and lost a bit of interest.
Anyway yesterday I though right the weathers good I will give the car a good clean. Now when I try to start it won`t start. there is a message come up on the screan which I think says glow plug function and there`s not the coil come up when you first put on the ignition. I`m going to look through some threads see if I can see anything in the meantime if there is anyone who can help I will be most grateful cheers Paul SWindon |

The engine does not need glow plug activation in this kind of weather. Mine starts even in winter without waiting for glow plugs. So not sure why it will not start. Water in plenums perhaps?
