Default New product, with a twist! Feedback welcomed...

I've decided to add a small twist on our usual stock - whenever I've picked up a 75 or ZT I've always had to change certain parts, found a few niggles etc.

With the list I've made, I've put together a 'New Car TLC Kit' - including a good few bits and pieces that are handy to have in the glove box.
This is the kit itself: Rover 75 / MG ZT 'New Car' TLC Kit

List of odds and ends included:
- 1x Keyring (MG or Rover, select with drop down menu)

- 2x CR2032 Batteries for keyfobs (change the battery for maximum range)

- 4x Tyre Valve Dust Caps

- 4x Wheel Bolts - the locking wheel nuts fitted to our cars are notorious for snapping when being removed, so replace them with standard bolts for peace of mind.

- 2x 501 Bulbs (5w wedge cap, used for interior lighting and sidelights)

- 2x 5w Festoon Bulbs (rear numberplate illumination)

- 2x Undertray Fixings (inc bolt nut and bolt) - handy if a couple are missing, as is often the case!

- 250ml TRW Brake / Clutch Fluid - often the clutch or brake fluid is a little low on our cars. Also handy for emergencies.

- Coolant Cap O Ring Kit - by far the leading cause of coolant loss, these O Rings replace the worn items on your existing coolant cap.

Any thoughts welcomed - is there anything obvious I've missed?
Trying to keep it to just one kit for all engine types, rather than engine-specific parts.

Looks good, great idea

I'll take the opportunity to thank you Mat. Ordered an inlet manifold gasket for my MGF yesterday and it arrived today! Now that's service for you

It clearly says cluid fluid.

I think it keeps the cluids flowing.

I'd say no. Having the items available is what I as a new owner would like. I don't think I'd buy a kit as some of this is the sort of thing I'd go to Halfords for as I go to or from work, not that I'd order. Others may order as Halfords is miles away

Got to agree

A new owner is only likely to need one or two items from the kit, so is unlikely to pay out for half a dozen other items they don't need.

Good idea, maybe could also do parts type kits as well (thermostat with hoses etc) and market the kits at a great deal if you buy the kit.
How did you go with those hard to find clips you were trying to source.?
