We are off out shortly for our morning therapeutic walk Derek. On reflection looking back, I have not seen a Doctor or taken anything for pain for nearly 6 months and in comparison to some of our unwell friends here, I am doing okay. On top of that Jessica keeps me going

I was looking at Charlie's photos and was disappointed to read she prefers women, the mind boggles.

How are you?

Morning all! I'm "Working with my body to find a solution to a little problem."

I've many things to do today. Months ago I promised Alison I'd give her a deep clean inside her and still haven't done this yet. I've got laundry to do and a couple of shop visits- including buying running trainers...

The sun shining through the curtains is providing motivation. Less than 5 hours sleep is making my brakes bind a bit...

Anyhoo; have a great day!

As for a certain development it is heartening to see common sense prevailing.
