'Marmite' Possibly one of the most famous 75 tourers produced! left the production line as the last of only Three Rover 75 tourers produced in Trophy Yellow. 48 hours later Longbridge closed. The last sold ordered 75 Tourer. Paid for by the Phoenix Four and handed over by John Towers to the Warwickshire Northampton Air ambulance service as a Rapid Response vehicle

Mark has posted an update of the latest, I am just waiting for his permission to post it on here.
UPDATE. Mark has announced that after visiting Bev again today, the early signs are not good, she is apparently conscious, but her eyes are only flickering open occasionally, and when they do, there is no sign of response from them, not responding to his voice or movement.
He says although it's his wife lying there, the Bev that was does not seem to be in there. I told him not to lose hope, it's still very early days, and there is a still a possible chance that she will improve after time. Another scan scheduled for Monday, so will update once he has posted more after the scan.

Indeed there is - my dad made a reasonably full recovery in similar circumstances at a time when medicine was less advanced so there's always hope.

Prayers a plenty will be said for Bev in this house.

Please pass on our good wishes

Default Terrible news

That is terrible news indeed. There are quite a few folk I know of similar age going through very, very serious illness just now.

I send my very best wishes.
