There's also a version for turbo engines without a PRT. This has the turbo hose connection, but omits the 32mm downpipe connector. It's not available as a separate part.

I would assume they all suffer from the same inherent weakness.

So a straight 1 long leg T will do?

and a through 32 with a 8mm stabbin for the last one..

The lip rings are also spun and welded and these should rigidise the tube so that they do not colapse when clamped...
Makes a lot more sense now you've explained it like that. As you were

I would suggest making the 8mm stabbing as short as possible on all that need it and putting a longer pipe in... this will reduce the leverage on that part and eliminate the stress that leads to failure..!!

Hi Peter,
The image you put up looks pretty good. Not sure what experience others have had on here, but the 8mm coolant pipe from the turbo doesn't seem to have that much slack in it, and I think if it were possible to increase the length from the T it would be better - I think one would need to be really clumsy to damage a stainless steel version tbh..
Also, you'd need to be very careful with the weld if combining the turbo pipe with all at the T, so as not to restrict any flows - but I'm sure you'll know a lot more about this sort of thing than I..! Keep us posted..

rest assured all routs will be de burred and internally sanded, these, if I can do them at a reasonable cost will be top shelf...
