As I recall there was a version for every or nearly every BLMC division

They were the good old days of "badge engineering" ....

Oh yes, everybody was at it, Rootes group with their stable mates of Sunbeam, Hilman, Singer.
I think Rolls-Royce and Bentley were the first to start it.
