The file is actually created by the DD itself.

If you run without it, all that happens is that one is created..

Ah, ok.

Just downloaded it from Sugarsync and have had a quick look through the folders.

In IGO8, I managed to change the splash screen by changing the loading.bmp file in the zipped branding folder. I can't see it in Primo 2 though. Any ideas?
