Question Can Switch Bulbs be replaced?

Typical, My Cruise Light Switch fails to light up, presume its a bulb or LED. Does anyone know if you can replace it or is it a new switch job?
Cheers.

John,

afaik it's a new switch as the 'bulbs' are led's and not (easily) changeable.

hth

Thought that would be the case, thanks Mike.
Will order one tomorrow, won;t risk EBay could happen again quickly as you don't know the age.

I've not yet delved into the 75 switches yet, but all my others have been microbulbs, tiny bulbs in a small holder that twistlocks into place, can just make them out in the picture, they're the 2 white objects,

If they are Rover/Xpart want over £5 EACH for the bulbs seperate  so, you could by a 200/25 fog switch for around £6 that has 2 bulbs in it, or get some microbulbs and just swap them into the holders. It's fiddly, as you have to thread the 2 legs through the holes in the holder then wrap around base. I can recommend these guys no end

If it does turn out they're LEDs then Maplins should do a suitable replacement if you're handy with the soldering iron

Alas my source doesn't show base of switch, but it does look very similar to the style used in earlier ones

Thanks for reply Rob, I will have a look before swapping, and maybe do it if its possible when I have more time, but a New Switch may be easiest for now, as I use it most evenings and it just makes it easier to find and looks odd with one of five out.
