I was going to ask where and when you bought the phone... It is so easy these days to contact the retailer/provider to make them aware of any problems encountered, they can... and often will work wonders.

Just going to change my network provider. Been with Virgin for 13 years, but their signal is very poor, I have been going to change at the end of my contract for 2 years, but each time they offered me more minutes and texts for less money, but it's time to kick them out. I have had enough of not being able to get a signal when I need it.
