Can anyone tell me the RPM on tick-over engine warmed up? For MGZT-T 190 V6 please take care

Many thanks for all your suggestions which i will check . But I have found that if I rev to 1200 (on the rev counter)it stops completely. I also have a slight misfire at revs below 1200. Not sure if that gives any more clues.
