Default rover 75 tourer rear seats arm rest in ash grey

hi guys...i am new to forums and am just finding my feet, so please be patient. ...i have a 75 tourer and need some info on the rear seat armrest....i put it down the other day, and it came off in my hand!, ( i dont know my own strength! lol)...it is very thin, not the one that is shown in my owners manual, with the lidded- cushion being a storage area for cups etc...i need to get another one, but i read elsewhere on the forum, that the cushioned armrest wont fit the tourer and it does look like the recess is not deep enough.
i find it odd that a "tank", like the tourer would have such a flimsy armrest incorporated into the back seats...i contacted a rover breakers and they said that one would have to buy the whole back seat, rather than just the armrest, because one would have to dismantle the seats to remove the armrest...sounds a bit extreme huh.

any help and/or advice would be much appreciated...thanks lads.
