Default Stearing wheel controls not working

Hello,

I've retrofitted high-line sat nav (before it was a low line one and stearing wheel controls worked fine) but controls on stearing wheel doesn't work. I've plugged the connector to the white box in centre panel. Where might be the problem?

sorry, did not quite understood. I think the white box behind in the centre console is responsible for stearing wheel controls. I've connected everything, and it is not working..

When retrofitting high line I've used the K-Line wire from that particular white box connection, could that be the problem?
