Our electric bills are higher than they could be, because of all the electronics running much of the time. They would be higher if we used the dryer for clothes, but I long ago installed a line drying system in the utility instead - a series of washing lines, a fan and a dehumidifier. It dries things overnight, two or three loads, straight from the washing machine for just a few pence. I also swapped all of the regularly used lamps for LED's - that made a worthwhile difference. The calculations on the far right panel, which sum up and predict annual costs are way out BTW. Its a left over from when it did a monthly sheet and needs to be sorted out if anyone knows how?

I've taken a vow of poverty. To annoy me, send money. Last edited by HarryM1BYT; 25th February 2017 at 21:40.. |
