Default 2.5 V6 Auto (MFL) project for sale

Hi.
Although the car was previously advertised the buyer had to pull out due to working away.
I did think about keeping her after that but in all honesty due to still not being that fit and another health issue she would just languish with no attention.

I am advertising her here for the sum of £250 with no offers, at that price she is a bargain and is being sold at a loss.
At the moment she is MOT's to the 6th March, still insured and taxed, the insurance will be cancelled at the end of the week and she will be put on a sorn.
I'd prefer if the car was repaired and brought back to good working order but once sold it is up the buyer her fate, if she's broken for spares, then fair enough, I'll not make a song and a dance out of it.
A lot of work has been done in just over two years by the previous owner (Ennine) and myself.
Here is a list of the good parts and work done:
New timing belts, water pump, tensioner and idler, Dec 2014
Serpentine belts replaced
Starter motor rebuild.
Battery.
Odd trim repairs.
Door lock repaired
Engine oil changed every 6 months filters now up to 3
Shannon tube replaced.
Exhaust two years old with ZT back box and bumper trim
ZT vented discs on back, new pads and shoes fitted under two years ago (7500 miles on them)
Full auto gearbox flush and new fluid (May 2015)
Replacement NS front wing (Was dented)
Replacement bonnet (original was rusted)
Undertray present with DMGRS stainless bolts and nuts.
Thermostat recent and fully cleaned out coolant system.
Tow bar.
Touch screen headunit
Walnut wheel
18 inch ZT alloys
Powerflex bushes.
Fogs modified for LED DRL use.
Message centre IPK
Boot full of spares!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
There are most likely other things I have forgotten.

Problems:
Gearbox needs a Brake duty solenoid, changes can be harsh at times, other times they are OK, the resistance of the coil changes so I'd suspect it will fail totally given time.
Bad rattle from suspension/steering, I've checked and replaced a lot of parts but I have been told it's the rack although I cannot confirm it.
Needs a rear spring.
One or two bubbles on the back of the sill, no holes and sound enough
A couple of rust spots on nearside rear arch.
Signs of respray on nearside but paint overall very good.
Balance VIS duff.
Slight piston slap on very cold engine
Could be doing with two back tyres soon.
Central remote locking poor range, parts in boot to fix.

So that's it, I cant keep her indefinitely and would prefer she was taken sometime after next weekend.
There isn't a huge amount to be done and she still drives well and pulls great.
She is a Club SE incidentally and is nice inside.
Any questions please PM
Again just £250

Default ***** Car now sold ******

Hi.
The car is now sold pending collection either this weekend (so long as I have the Panda)
or the following weekend if the deal takes a few extra days.
Thanks to all that showed an interest.
