Thumbs up Twin din (2x single dins) work in progress

As we all know the 75 shares a few links with the E46.

And recently I had an idea.

So I managed to make the E46 radio and air con cage fit. It required removal of the side ears and a tweek to the rear "L" shaped bracket moving it down lower.

Then it fits perfect.

And quickly with the eye brow on.

Now as you can see usually the unit will have a single din and air con below it.

Now you can buy a single centered din from BMW but at £100 who h is a different cage and centered din.

However I'm aiming now to take the E46 air con, make a mould of it smoothed off and design 2 moulds.

One to hold 52mm guages and another for a lower 2nd single din.

I will update as follows.
