 I use the JML steam-cleaner from Woolies! £20 and worth every penny, also great for cleaning the Carpet style car mats. (Also does cookers as well, if any wifes have finished the dishes and are having a shot on the computer! )

How do you use it on cloth seats? Do you just steam the fabric then soak the dirt up with a cloth?

Yes Simon.....that's how you do it, dead easy. Also because it's steam it kills bacteria off aswell (the main culprit for iffy odours!). Just Steam and wipe.

Anyone tried the Halfords £20 steam cleaner? Or the slightly smaller Prolectrix one for £15?
Crofts - just as a matter of interest, I saw a little green Morris Minor pickup today (a positively tiny thing - dwarfed by the 75). It was G-reg so must have been 1968/9 I think. Not many of those about now. Genuinely rare, not 'eBay rare'. |
