For me, anyway, it would be a shame to spoil it as it is about as good as it gets

If only you were closer, I would be seriously tempted myself

Go on, Scotland has room for another V8

It will be a great run from Bournmouth to Fife

This car is still for sale!

I have a very long story of woe, but long story short, I have held/sold the car four times since I started advertising it, even taking 2/3 deposits along the way (all returned out of the kindness of my heart)

Only one person ever came to see car despite the many offers (4 of which accepted), that person is still trying to raise the funds despite wanting to buy it, it has been over two months and need to try to move the car to a new home as I am not using it and am unlikely to in the next few years as I barely drive anymore.

Price has been dropped to £5.5k which I think is very reasonable for a very nice car with lots of work and expensive extras on it. The price I agreed with everybody (who agreed to buy) was £5.5k so I reckon this is a good price.

I would very much appreciate if interested parties come to the view the car and have funds in place as I cant accept any deposits or hold the car for anyone anymore as it isn't working (for me at least!)

Please bear in mind car is SORN and might need to be trailered in order to sort out the tax. I don't know how this works now what with the changes.

Car has been garaged since Oct/Nov last year and been moved occasionally since.

I really like my car, but if i had the extra money to put towards it i would sell my car to buy this one. It looks fantastic and will also have the nice sound as well. Good luck with sale, bet if fuel was cheaper it would have sold in the first week..

Thanks, not a car for fuel economy that is for sure, but considering the size of the engine, it isn't too bad - a V6 is nearly the same...

I ve had cars that are worse

Had lots of people want the car, just need someone to come and talk turkey!

I still have this car for sale, have listed it on ebay, not sure that is going to help but would like to sell the car now.

Latest offer fell through again despite agreeing price etc. (I wont go in to details other than to say the car hasn't been the problem!)

If someone wants to do a deal without the wheels or bumper, just the MG bumper rather than the Rover bumper I am happy to do something for less money or some combination as I could do with getting the car out of the garage now and if I have bits left over I can store them in the loft.

I do need enquiries from people who have the money etc and can arrange to view and or collect the car quickly.

Car is really nice with lots of expensive extras, but as above if someone prefers the original look and I can move on price or do a deal that way.

Only selling now as I don't drive hardly anymore and I cant see this changing in the future so car is just sat and it seems a shame.
