Many thanks for the kind words and support.

Banana will be resuming her duties travelling about, as of next Tuesday when she is, with me tagging along, off to Sunny Devon. Then onto Cornwall. I'll keep the diary going.

So coolant loss caused by a 14 year old radiator splitting, causing engine to overheat and consequently blow it's head gasket. Nothing to see here folks, please move along. Just glad it's fixed, as you clearly love this car Bob.

Been together now for 118,000 miles. Gradually getting to like her now.
