MG ZTT diesel auto - spares or repairs

Up for sale is my MG ZTT diesel automatic with 154,000 on the clock. Now, it's up for spares or repairs because for the MOT it needs some work and the body work isn't the best. It was used as a work horse and if someone has the time and effort to make it roadworthy will still continue to be.

I had the car inspected before MOT as i'm not in a position to spend money on cars (just got our MGF on the road for the summer and having my dads Vectra off him in October) so putting the MG for sale.

The list i had from the garage was :-
Both rear dampers leaking
N/S/F damper leaking badly
Both front anti roll bad link lower gaiters torn
Rear suspension arms corroded
O/S/R brake disc showing signs of previous overheating from possible seized caliper
and tyres are on the limits.
Rust on the N/S/R sill (not to to worry for mot but being honest with the faults)
General scratches and scrapes

No service history as such, i've changed the oil myself before every mot but no record of it so only my word for it.

On the plus side it still pulls like a train, cruises nicley with the cruise control, all the electrics work and the air bag light has been fixed. There isn't heated seats but the buttons and wiring is all there, just i never got round to getting a new set of seats. Oh and had a new back box last month and parking sensors all working.

Got a tow bar with single electrics that work, two keys, cd auto changer that's all present and working too.

I really have no idea what these are worth in this state to be honest, as it's rough around the edges but might be worth something to someone who has the time to fix and run around in or strip for spares.

Will need a trailer/recovery van etc.. to collect as no MOT.

Looking for £350 for it based in Telford, Shropshire.
