I wanted to go here when I was in Vegas a few weeks ago but sadly didn't. It's a good reason to go back again though!

I'm a bit of a fire arm nut.
I think if you would have gone you would have enjoyed yourself.
That's a destination on my list.
Cheers for the video.

Well, when you say "designer"
He did a good job of taking a Sturmgewehr 44 apart and copying it

That's the one.

Yeah I think the one like too clime that they built the AK47 all by them selfs, I do believe they copied it and also some help advice from the Germans too help create it.

Mp 44 the first assault rifle of the period, too start with Hitler was against it and they made it in secret till Hitler decided too pay the Eastern front troops a visit and Hitler asked what they wanted and German officer shouted.

MORE MP43'S. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Which Hitler didn't want made, how ever he was impressed with the design and the weapon could be used for propaganda Hitler called it Strom trooper, or Battle assault refile that's when the Sturmgewehr started too become a icon.

Default Other great video here.

If the AK 47 was the Russians pride and joy then this gun was a British soldiers best friend for a long time.

No not the SA80 something far better.
The right arm of the free world.

Satilla being used by other country's how ever there slowly phasing out due too weight and cost.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_soYZ6Hmghc

Video starts at 32 secs for the gun.
