Thanks guys - did not expect such a fantastic response - my mistake, I should have known better - many many thanks.

On Christmas Day we were off to my sons - we left at 10:30 and whilst our other dog, just got in the car no problem - Monty's just laid down and had to be picked up to be put in. He was obviously thinking he was going to be passed on somewhere else. But our other dogs happiness at being at my sons house helped when we got there.

The best bit was Monty's obvious happiness when we returned home. He went from room to room with a tail wagging like crazy.

Well done you for rescuing/adopting.

We've adopted 3 bunnies in the last 9months 1 was abandoned in a park 1 was handed in & the recent bunny was a forced rescue.

So different to getting them from babies but very rewarding to see them starting to trust you & behaving like bunnies again.

We have ample room & they have the run of the garden so run hop & jump.

It's great to see them together.
Hats off you too you mate, lovely looking dog.

Just comes too show, no matter what the disability animals can still enjoy the freedom of life.
