There should be a club rule that sellers agree to post within no more than two days of payment being received and proof of postage or tracking information sent via pm on the day of dispatch.

Hope you get your money back Klarzy

Hope so, signing in and not addressing this in any way would be enough to justify an arrest if you wanted to go that route Klarzy.

Assuming you paid with PayPal how did you fund the payment? If you look at it in your PayPal account and click more details it'll tell you there if you've forgotten.

What you can do then is use the sort code gave you to get the address of the branch his account is held. Send a letter to them with a letter to him enclosed. Tell the bank you want it forwarded to their customer's registered address, which they will do providing you briefly explain the circumstances.

The letter to him should be short and sweet, refund my money within a specified period or the next attempt to contact you will be made via the police.

Bearing in mind you don't need to be logged in to read this thread I wouldn't go into specifics of actions you have taken, I'd just let the knock on the door come as a nice wee surprise.

Default TimH, please contact me or reply

Tim....

I am willing to wave the flag of peace and draw a line under this without further comment...

Either
a, Send a payment for the same amount I sent you to the bank account and sort code I PM'd you in March...

or

b, Send the laptops as promised to the address I provided at the time of purchase

I do not care which, just please act and do the right thing...

If you have been ill, as you hinted to in Feb then I can understand a delay, but you have been on line since then and a PM to me to explain the situation would put all things straight...

Do the right thing, put it behind you and get on with being a member of the club...

Pm me if you do not have any of the required information to get back to me...

I will also CC this to your PM and email links.

Peter

Follow up, I see your PM inbox is full, so you can not send or receive messages until you empty it or delete some old messages...

I have used the email link...
