I use mister auto alot for parts. Normally the.es site as I'm in Spain. There's a good choice with regards to manufacturers and there is normally always a deal. Today I picked up 2 moog lower arms for €120 delivered to my door. Also the returns policy is fairly painless

However, compare the 2 links above...I'm genuinely shocked at the difference in price even allowing for exchange rates it is still a vast difference.
Thanks for all your help. So anything around the £30- £50 is pot luck and the £148 genuine land rover part is the only one really to be trusted. Just got to explain to my wife now why we are paying £100 over the average price to avoid having to go through this in another 20,000 miles.

Hi Glen.
Just to give you another few options before making your mind up click the link below. Always worth checking out other places, I had my timing belts and water pump for my FL2 from these guys all gates products, but of cause different engine to the FL1 which is the BMW one as in our cars.

Yeah...It's a tricky one. I'm sure some of the unknown brands are ok but until you try you don't know. I'm also guessing that some the cheaper brands come out of the same factory and are just badged up differently.

The other thing is that known brands can still fail early. Although it would be nice to think you are getting value and quality there's plenty of threads on here about known brands not being the quality people were expecting.

Just found the site for dolz. They make nothing but water pumps and re Europe's oldest manufacturer apparently
http://idolz.es/en/

Might be worth giving them a go?

There's some good prices and brands there Artic!

Although my experience with autodoc hasn't been good. Twice I've used them and twice they have substituted ordered items with their own brand ( Stark if i remember correctly). Their reason being the items while in stock when ordered went to back order and they thought it would be better to send something rather than delay.

However I'm sure that they have far more happy customers than sad ones or they wouldn't be in business.
