The springs fella has for sale are right length but would they be same spring rate etc

Compare the diameter between the oem and the ones for sale, as a rule thicker ones will be stiffer and thinner ones softer, there is of course more to it than that but if the vendor is selling springs of the same uncompressed length but say thinner the car will sit lower and more likely to bottom out and vyse versa.

Not sure on thickness but vendors springs are 240mm mine is 270-275mm and ive always thought my car was to high at rear more like the 75's when i had them and then im confused by the purple and green blotches on them, cant find rear springs listed with them references

That's a 30 mm drop so assuming the coil thickness and tensile strength is correct I'd be fitting those then.

I think with diesel springs on the rear, it will sit higher. Diesels are somewhat heavier.

The springs are 30mm shorter than mine TC but i thought diesel springs were OK for v6
