Default Dashboard of my Rover 75 tourer Automatic

Hello and thankyou for reading.
I have just taken ownership of A Rover 75 Tourer automatic 2002.
Dash board has died completely. No indicators. No dash lights. Mph clock. rev counter. No digital display.
Working fine on purchase. Prev owner changed over his radio for the original one..

I have cleared and dried and unblocked drains as any water that may have gathered as viewed on the site
Car is otherwise driving perfectly..

Can anyone offer advice pls
Many Thanks

I would check first if the dash plugs are still connected.

You say previous owner changed over the radio, I know this is in a slightly different area but from experience I've seen some folks meddling about with wiring elsewhere.

There is a fault on the K-Bus

Remove the radio, and check for a cable white/red with yellow bands and disconnect it.

I suspect normal service will then resume
