Default 4 Berth Caravan+Awning+Extras For Sale (+option of R75)

Elddis GT Typhoon XL 4berth caravan for sale, complete with full awning and extras as detailed below, and with the option of my 75 Connoisseur SE tow-car as well.
This is our first caravan and it has done the job. We have enjoyed it so much that we want to get a newer model but one that is a bit smaller, as our children are more grown up and it's not so much for them. So to help fund the new one, we have to sell this one, and the Rover 75 that has been the tow-car. Wife's car will be fine with smaller caravan.

The Caravan

An Elddis GT Typhoon XL 4berth caravan in good order throughout. Serviced May last year prior to our trip to the New Forest, bearings regreased, new bulbs and hook-up connector replaced. New micro-switches on bathroom taps, and new burner assembly fitted to Cascade water heater.
Fridge (gas & electric), oven & hob (gas), water heater (gas & electric), toilet (cassette), main electrics (battery and mains hook-up).

Also included with the caravan (not all shown in the photos), Aquaroll 40ltr water container and pull along frame, 2x pump water supply, wastemaster waste water collector, hitch lock, gas bottle, levelling ramp, groundsheets, FULL AWNING with frame, curtains and storm straps.

Car.....51 plate Rover 75 Connoisseur SE 2.0ltr. In general good order with good and not quite so good points as follows

Good....Leather interior in good condition (not tears or worn out patches), electrically operated and heated front seats, fronts discs and pads and rear pads last year, tow-bar with electrics, sunroof (drains all cleared and outlets modified), plenum chamber drains all clear and outlets modified, heater flushed, Navall 3 android head unit (new from Radioguy) installed, with full Western Europe and UK satnav, and linked to rear view camera with infra red night vision, Hako wind deflectors, Continental tyres with good tread fitted all round. New center section on exhaust.

Not so good points.....One, possibly both front top strut bearings could do with replacing, oval chrome effect trims around interior door release levers broken lugs, IPK display lined. Can still make out information but display is far from perfect. When cold, vibration sound I think from exhaust heat shield towards front end of system. Minor scuffs/marks. Alloys have usual markings around rims. O/s/f abs sensor replaced at last MoT but light on dash has not been reset. Headlamp glasses could do with a bit of a buffing.
*Cycle carrier bracket will be removed prior to sale, and nearside wiper blade will have been replaced.

Caravan... £750.00 ono. Car... £550.00 ono. Both together..(discounted)... £1,150.00 ono.

**** Caravan is back in storage near West Drayton, so viewing is generally restricted to office hours and Saturday mornings****

Any questions or you want more photos, please ask or PM /email me via the User links.

As requested extra caravan pictures and info.

The small table can drop down to help form base for lower bed, and frame hidden below window pulls up and out to form upper 'bunk bed'.

In the photo looking along the interior to the main seating area, the slim cupboard on the right of the picture, houses the folding table, that links to the drawer unit at the end to form another dining/leisure table. This seating area can be used to form 2 single beds or bridged over to make one large sleeping area for 3.

The built in heater is a Carver 1800 gas heater, or you can use the electric fan heater (included) which helps to save the gas.

Doh! my mistake. 137k but as it is still being used every day that will slowly creep up.

For us with hopefully the sale of the caravan there will be no need for the larger car, so hoping the sale of both will help fund a smaller caravan, whilst giving 'Sky' a new home.

Open to sensible offers and as you can see, the price quoted for the two together has already got a chunk off.
