I`m going to email them then
Ken.
I just checked my PayPal account and they have definitely only been paid 24.95 in total.
Let us know how you get on.

I had an e-mail earlier saying 'your hose is being made' - not sure when it will be despatched.

Cheers

Not heard back from HEL yet, however the hose arrived this morning, comparing to copper pipe the length is the same but on one end which I suppose is the 70 degree angle, the copper pipe is just straight ends.
Do we have that angled because the rubber pipe would not bend properly at that location.
Hope you understand what I mean.
Ken.

Mine hasn't arrived yet - the 70 degree bend is to allow the joint at the rear of the MC to clear the bulkhead and allow a smooth loop in the rubber hose before it goes through the grommet into the plenum. See some of the pictures posted earlier in this thread.

Let me know how you get on fitting it

Cheers

Phoned HEL this morning to see where my hose was- I was told they will try to make in the next 2-3 days and send it off later this week. This was not the quick turn round service I thought I would get. Kenny - what did you do to get yours so quickly, ordered on the same day as mine ??

Just got this from HEL,:

Hi Ken,
Your friend that ordered the same hose as you must have ordered it from www.brakelines.co.uk where the custom lines are listed at £24.95
I have brought this issue to the MD’s attention and he will address the issue with the I.T Department. He also said that he is happy to refund you the difference. So I will get that done for you, apologies.
We hope that the above meets with your approval but should you require any further assistance please do not hesitate to contact me.
Best Regards
Shaun Northcott

Refund notice just come in too.
Ken.

I used the link originally supplied by daznkel - it is www.brake-lines.co.uk.
This takes you to the HEL website page for custom hoses , so I don't understand what has gone on here. But then, I don't understand much about the world or life in general these days !! Permanently baffled !

I'm glad you got your refund- have fun with the hose fitting (if you have not done it already).

Cheers

Pete
