I'd have thought that was an advantage.

[QUOTE=p2roverman;2428624]I used to use flickr, but that went to the dogs when bought by yahoo. My recomendation is Ipernity, which works like flickr used to do. Only issue is that so few people know of this French photo-hosting site.

It most likely would on XP what size is your Ram Memory, also what processor etc mine as 16.0GB Ram, six core processor, 350Mhz x 3 cores.

So maybe it is Xp that can not cope ?

I wouldn't disagree, but the XP computer does everything I need so I've no intention of changing to Windows 10 with all the problems that brings until I really have to.

Oh I see.
I think you clicked the wrong insertion button. You need the image insertion gui (click the button). That will get you this:

Clicking the link button () is just for setting out the URL (link) to the image located elsewhere.

I used Photobucket for a while but found it so flaky that I switched to Imgur, and I've had no issues with it whatsoever. Ironically I've just received an email from PB offering me a discount to upgrade my account. Think I'll give it a miss!

That's made my day - someone with an operating system as old as their car!
