my absolute dream would be one in Primrose Yellow, but the few here in Germany are all gone by now. So i was inclined to have it repainted in PY, but the new coat of paint would be in the original color .
I always looked for a 75 in a non every day color and high spec, in the combination with the Aubergine interior, the 17' serpents and the tiny 1.8, i couldn't resist |

My 75 at the Retro Classics in Stuttgart from 2-5.3 2017

here are the promised details about my Seventy. thanks to Reebs, I now know that my Seventy came off the line on Friday 23.07.99 or on Saturday 24.07.99, which is quite amazing. I always thought it was an early 2000 car. According to my sources, it was built as a demonstrator car for Rover Germany in an equipment to show what was feasible in terms of personalization. Apparently, it was the only demo car produced for Germany in this version. After the demonstration year, it went over to an MG Rover dealer near Berlin, still active in MG Rover matters, and was only driven by employees of the house and always cherished and cared for. Anybody curious, you may visit us at the stand of the British Car Corner at the Retro Classic in Stuttgart from 02.3.17 to 05.03.17 Cheers Réal Last edited by Realrover; 3rd February 2017 at 18:04.. |
