Well for the last two weeks now i've been fine , and the GP seemed happy, today involved a far bit of bending down, unbolting seats, and i didnt feel giddy at all, obviously i'm being careful, and getting up slowly, not making sudden movements, and its helping, i;m still doing the exercises meant to help prevent the onset, in the first place.
