Although it's nearly 12 years since the factory closed, I still find it extremely sad, that we no longer have a British owned producer of volume cars in this Country.

Wow, I love to see photos like this - and yet at the same time it also makes me sad. You almost wish you could go back in time and fix the errors that the owners made after BMW. If only...
I still think about it most days about how badly it was handled, the poor people who lost their jobs and what it would look like if it was still going today. In my head the new Rovers look awesome, but alas they are invisible
