TV and films themes that bring back happy memories.

I haven't seen this film in years and theme song, let's just say I was overwhelmed with happy memories, my dad still plays this now and again, but not in a long time.

My dad used too play this when we used to go out parts hunting for his classic motors that he had back in my youth, its brilliant.

I just find that films then were better back then, no CGI great story great plot, plenty of action and great actors.

I was born in the wrong era.

Mum's got the whole box set of Inspector Morse same time as mum bought the only fools and horses set as well.

Watched quite a few of the episodes, still got a bit more too go, mum insists of all of us watching it together.

We are Sailing by Rod Stuart, my dad was ex Royal Navy the BBC did a series about The Ark Royal

dad would be glued to it! makes me smile when i hear it although Mr Stuart isnt a fave of mine

I remember the ark royal I watched it and recorded it, You must be very proud of your father all of us on this forum are, those are willing to serve deserve absolute respect.
