Exclamation Tourer O/S/R window aerial connector - advice to refit

Whilst carrying a load the other night in my Facelift Tourer, I think in taking out the rear blind, as I swung it out, it knocked the aerial connector off the window, rendering radio signal a little naff, until I sussed out what I'd done the previous night.

Whilst I've made a short-term fix with a little sellotape, how would be best to refit the aerial connector to the window.

Obviously, I want a good firm connection which doesn't affect radio listening. Any thoughts / suggestions / ideas / recommendations most welcome.

You'll need some conductive epoxy adhesive. It's basically Araldite with lots of metal particles in..... Try Maplins web site, or give it a Google

Default A relief...

Cheers Greeners..that's really helpful. Never knew such things existed.

Now back to the ongoing fight to sort the collecting water in the tail gate, which only pours out when the tailgate is lifted! But that's another forum - I just haven't found it yet..lots like it..but not with exactly the same problem. (Sigh!)

Default Still no aerial mount fix...

Well, it's been a while since I posted my problem regarding the dislodged aerial window mount for my Tourer, but I've still not been able to fix it.

It seems you can buy the conductive epoxy adhesive in mega job lots, but I only want one tube and you can't seem to get it anywhere.

Does anyone please have a suggestion as to where I can buy just a small tube of the right stuff?

It look so unsightly with gaffer tape holding it to the window. How on earth does everyone else manage?

I was thinking that there must be a 'car hifi' specialist somewhere nearby, but searches are drawing blanks. I have one possibility locally, but catching him open seems nigh on impossible! All I want is a blob of glue. :-(
