As above and these can only be found in the control box, so I am afraid it is bumper off fan off unless you can get to the control box by just bring the fan cowling forward, but that will make the swapping of the thick red for the thick grey wire difficult.

Actually you will find Red, Black and Grey

I will have to live with it for now then as its beyond me and it took me hours to do the job in the first place. I will save it for another day and get someone with more confidence than me to do it. Thank you so much everyone.

It isn't going to be beyond you as you fitted the fan in the first place
However, it isn't going to be a quick fix, the front will have to come off.
Unfortunately there isn't a simple "it will be this" answer you'll need to make a few checks, and maybe ask for more advice, but you can do it!
