Shiply or Anyvan would be my recommendations, having used both in the past. If you can work out the company and contact them directly, outside the system, you'll get a much cheaper quote.

Hi I love the car, think it's gorgeous, and such a lot of work and money spent on it.
Can anyone comment on what is required to fix the car and a rough estimate on the cost.
My other comment is would anyone near to where the car is for sale undertake to repair the car then I could collect it.
