Heading round to where it's stored in a minute, now that the rain has stopped.

Rain stopped. I took photos.

Or, if you really like Starlight Silver Tourers, I can throw in a 115,000 mile diesel auto, which is currently a non-runner, but has got nice PPD carpets, etc. I'd be after £675 for the pair.

I have and taken a car from Devon to Scotland for it's MOT.

Just to clarify, MOT does not have to be at nearest MOT station but within reasonable distance of the owner. So buy a car 500 miles away, register as new owner, then have it driven to 490 miles to an MOT station within 10 miles of your home.

You do of course still need to be fully insured.
Correct about the insurance, but as I've posted elsewhere, the key is, new owner needs to register car, then it can be legitimately driven to new owners nearest MOT station. Fully compliant with current law.

The new owner doesn't need to register the car, the new owner need only pre book an MOT at his desired MOT station and drive the car there.

As long as it's insured of course

Sorry, have been away for some of the weekend, but now back, and will deal with questions over the course of today.
