Default Rover 75 2.0 CDT Auto

SOLD SOLD SOLD My wife has decided she likes the look of a different car to the one I purchased for her, well it is her choice after all she drives it. Anyway as many will know the car came with issues and I have spent time and money sorting these out, now I know I will take an instant hit on it. However it's another one saved and has plenty left in her.

So here goes:
Purchase price £450.00 (Motorhub - Keighley Yorks)
Intercooler Pipe £38.00 (ECP - E Bay)
Two Front lower suspension Arms and Bushes £199.00 (DMGRS)
Two Rear Shockers £99.00 (Best of British Rovers - E Bay)
EGR Blank Stainless Steel £30.00 (E Bay)
Front Discs Pads and service Filters £65.00 (Marinabrian)
Rear light seals, PCV CFilter Viton O rings £30.00 (Various forum sources)
160 remap and Full T4 Diagnostic £Undisclosed fee (Marinabrian)
As you can see I am taking an instant hit on this car, why? because I know some jobs you have to do to sell, "service items" and I am a realist, you never get back what you put into a 75
The car is a Rover 75 2.0 CDT in Moonstone Green, it has 185,000 miles on the clock and has a service history stamped up to 156k I have just completed a full service at 184k it has a towbar, and benefits from a 160 upgrade and a full T4 diagnostic (clean bill of health)
Spec is Club which means it has Velour Seats (Manual) however not often seen in Sandstone (with no rips or tears) it has the PPD attachments so built prior to the BMW cut backs on spec, engine is a first time starter and has the FBH (Fuel Burn Heater)
It is fitted with Union Wheels, however would benefit different tyres (currently has winter shoes on so slightly noisier tyre/road noise)
It has a current MOT until May 2016 if you check the site: https://totalcarcheck.co.uk/FreeCheck?regk=y891erc you will see the items that it has had any issues with on previous MOT's are now done.
Now the honest bits, the car is 14 year old, so not showroom condition, its body is straight and true, the bonnet has had some marks on the front edge and a previous owner has had a bad job of covering it, so would in the future benefit from a replacement bonnet, in general though the car is what it is, 'honest' it's not dented, pranged or hiding anything.
The engine is good, it does has a slight squeal on a pulley on start up... which ceases as it warms.... you only hear this if outside the car.
Everything that should work on the car .... does.
It is located in Gateshead Tyne & Wear, tried to be as honest as I can.

I am looking for as near to £700

Having seen this car in the flesh, I can vouch it is as Keith has described, it is also very clean underneath for its age.

Full clean bill of health T4 wise, and the new owner won't be disappointed with the performance

Best of luck with the sale Keith.
