Default Change a CD413x or Ivox for a Symphony

Here is a picture of the ISO connectors to the Symphony..
You will see that Blue/Orange wire is in pin 2.
and the Blue/Purple is in pin 3.
[I have used plain Orange and plain Purple wires for display purpose]
Also you will notice that pin 1 is empty, if there is a wire in pin 1 it must be removed, as this connection is for the telephone mute.
If it is left connected you may get a repeated message on the display of the Symphony saying "TELEPHONE MUTE"..

The two wires blue/orange and blue/purple will have to be cut as the pins in the green mini ISO are smaller than the ones in the grey ISO..

In the grey ISO plug there are usually wires connected to pins 1,2,3. these are not used in the Symphony install, 1 is cut [not needed as its phone mute]
2 and 3 should be cut leaving a shot length of wire attached to the pins.
Then the short bits of wire are joined to the blue/orange and the blue/purple.

If you have no pins in 2 and 3 you will have to purchase them.
I will have to look up where you can buy them.
