[FM Radio Sound Problem] Rover 75 Alpine Hi-Line
Hi guys,
my father's 1999 Connoisseur Hi-Line radio does not work anymore and I seek your expetise. Here are the symptoms: 1.1) FM scan runs fine and stations are found 1.2) FM sound is absolute minimal and only hearable if the engine is off, the volume on level 11 and one's ear right at the speaker 2.1) AM scan does not find any stations 2.2) AM sound works fine 3) No water ingress in the boot. 4) Aerial connector in the boot checked: connected and no rust 5) CD works without a problem Every input is highly appreciated. Thank you very much in advance! Cheers Mats Last edited by Mats; 23rd April 2017 at 18:15.. Reason: Typo |

May be a bad earth to the Radio Tuner in the boot or the Radio Tuner has an internal fault.
