Default Power problem 75 diesel

lack pf power,black smoke on acceleration,int cooler cleaned out by rad specilist ,inter cooler O rings changed, Filters changed,EGR valve cleaned 75 diesel any ideas?

How about trying couple of known good injectors, few on sale onsite here

Had that on mine going to spain fixed it with two beer cans drank it first then cut them in half and fastend them round got me there and back . Tried to get one in spain no luck too long a wait got one from rimmers lo and behold they are made in spain .

Changed mine a couple of weeks ago on my 03 cdti, it was SOLID!! It had never been changed in its life, now I done it, before my battery shot my alternator it stopped smoking. So something to look at and cheap as chips on ebay. Took all of 10 minutes to fit, most of that was removing the air filter housing thanks to them 2 allen bolts at the back of the housing, utter cow bag to do without a hex bit and extension bar.

Check your intercooler hasn't popped off or loosened.
